Bahij J. Joseph is an associate with Ryan & Associates. Mr. Joseph focuses his practice on commercial real estate, ranging from purchase, lease and finance transactions to lease and title litigation. His clients include brokers, public and private institutions, investment ventures, landlords and tenants.
Mr. Joseph belongs to the California Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and American Bar Association. Prior to joining Ryan & Associates Mr. Joseph worked as the assistant to the General Counsel of ICM Partners, a talent agency with offices in Los Angeles, New York and London.
Mr. Joseph graduated from California Western School of Law in San Diego California. While attending law school Mr. Joseph interned for the San Diego County Superior Court, earning a mediation certificate.
Mr. Joseph obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach. He is fluent in Arabic. His hobbies include soccer, running and traveling. He currently plays in a Santa Monica based league and a Palos Verdes Peninsula based league. He regularly participates in running events, most recently running the 2nd Annual 8 Mile YMCA Run to the Hollywood Sign.
